Sponsorships

Make it Industries LLC sponsors a limited number of competition barbecue teams.


Sponsorships are based on a number of factors, chief of which is the fact that you love and wholeheartedly endorse the product. We have no tolerance for moochers, so if you're just looking for freebies, click here for free stuff.


Sponsorships take regions into account. For example, the Mid-Atlantic is saturated, so you would have to bring something special to the table, like a world championship, retail location, media exposure, etc. If you're in California, though, it's much easier.


When writing, please don't talk about how much it costs you to compete.  I'm not running a charity.


There are two levels of sponsorship:


1. Full Sponsorship

  • Must demonstrate media exposure, world championship, multiple regional championships, or consistent 1st place wins in a category.
  • Geographically limited
  • Must advocate for the Make it Meaty brand and display branded banners, trailer decals or other high-visibility material.
  • Must agree to 3-year exclusive
  • Must offer personal affidavit for use in advertising.
  • 100% sponsorship for Make it Meaty injection delivered in bulk containers via direct channel (not through Amazon or other distributors).


2.  Partial Sponsorship

  • Wholesale pricing, 10%-30% off retail through direct channel (not through Amazon or other distributors).
  • Must advocate for the Make it Meaty brand and display branded banners, trailer decals or other high-visibility material.
  • Must agree to 2-year exclusive
  • Must regularly use Make it Meaty in at least one category in KCBS-sanctioned events.
  • Must report on use of products in competition on a regular basis via the official Make it MeatyFacebook page, posting wins and pictures as appropriate.


Use of Logos

Use of Make it Meaty trademarks and logos is restricted.

Sponsored teams are authorized to use Make it Meaty logos on apparel, web sites, premiums and other materials at the sole discretion of Make it Industries LLC. To download a media package of web and print logos, click here.
