Want to add POP to your meaty flavors? Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate (I+G) or (ING) has been used in industry for many years, but super hard to find in small quantities. 40x more powerful than MSG, a little goes a long way. Use up to 0.3% for a major boost to umami in any protein. In more conventional measurements, use about 1/8tsp in a pot of chili, for example.
