Yeast extract brings flavors together. It adds depth and "marries" sauces, marinades and seasonings. In terms of flavor, it adds a subtle savory, meaty taste to your flavor profile. As for quality, these are among the best available. Some people call it the "wagyu of natural flavors". We just know it's amazing and hard to find.
These particular flavors are selected to compliment your flavor profile, not to replace it. Add these in addition to spices, herbs, and other ingredients.
All natural, vegetarian, vegan and non-GMO, these are very hard to find in small quantities, but we now have a 16oz and 32oz (by volume) available.
Add yeast extract to your injections, sauces, soups, gravies, rubs, finishing glazes, chili and sausage...anywhere you want additional depth and umami without the harsh, metallic aftertaste or chemicals of HVP (hydrolyzed vegetable protein).
