Culinary Flavors and Injections for BBQ and more...

I get a lot of email and phone calls with my three jobs. I'm sorry, but I just can't answer the phone during the day, and at night I'm busy with my kids or working. I work weekends, too. I work about 100 hours a week, no exaggeration. Because of that, I try to put everything online.

The good thing is, most of your questions are the same, and they are already answered in detail on the Facebook page, under the Directions link above, or right on the label.

If you plan to write and ask, "How do I use Make it Meaty?" I will suggest that you read the directions or RTFM. If, after reading the directions, you still have a question, look for an answer on Facebook. If you really have something unique, then email me. I love to chat about life and BBQ, but I simply don't have the time to be a BFF to 6000 people. If you really want to meet me, drop by New Holland at the end of August. I'm always there. If you're slightly more daring, friend me on Facebook. Don't say I didn't warn you.

If you're writing about a sponsorship, read these guidelines, first.

Email is the BEST way to contact me. Calling me isn't a good idea. In spite of this, I will still get a half dozen phone calls today that will go to voicemail...oh well. I try.
